CATHOLIC RESOURCE AND QUESTIONS ON SAINTS

Two great questions were raised at the end of today's presentation.

  1. What is a good resource for finding out answers about the Catholic Church?
  2. How do you distinguish between worship and honor of saints? How is this congruent with Bible teaching to only worship God?

Here are some quick links to answer these in more detail:

CATHOLIC ANSWERS - comprehensive resource for finding answers to common questions about the Catholic Church. The site includes a library of faith tracts, answer guides and past articles written by Catholic theologians and trained catechists. The site also includes an archive of past editions of its apologetics magazine, This Rock.

SAINTS - As I mentioned in today's session, Catholics do not worship saints. We look to them as role models and intercessory prayer. We recognize them as ordinary people who allowed God's extraordinary grace to change their lives. Below I have included a few links that address the questions in more depth.
